10 Weeks
I took Mr. Hagen to the Dr. for his two month checkup but he was actually 10 weeks. He screamed through his whole appointment (Cole slept through the whole thing). Hagen weighed 10 pounds 3 ounces (crazy since that is only one ounce more than Kallie weighed at birth) he was 22 inches long and was in the 8% for head size and weight and 9 % for height. I am afraid we have a shrimp on our hands. Hagen got his first round of shots too, these made him quite grumpy. Hagen is smiling at us more and more, but he is actually deciding to be a bit colicky. He is usually pretty good until about 2:00 pm and then his is get progressively fussier until about 10:00 pm when he finally goes to bed for the night. It is frustrating because I can't consol him. I feel like I have always been good with fussy babies but nothing really works. Mylicon drops help for a few minutes but then he just cries again. The last couple of evenings Hagen does well in the swing for 10 or 15 minutes at a time so that is nice. Really the only thing that works great is to get in the car and go for a drive. I just feel so sad for him, poor thing, but he sure is adorable and we love him lots!
