Outside Boy

Hagen is getting into a routine with the kids being gone in the morning and he is getting to where he actually plays really well by himself.  He loves the "Little People" and the house and barn that goes with them.  He will spend a lot of time lining his cows and horses up in the windowsill and talking to them and he really likes to ride the stick horse. Cole gets home at 11 and the boys eat lunch.  Hagen usually takes his nap after that and will sleep for 2 1/2 hours or so.  The problems begin when he wakes up from his nap.  He is usually pretty cranky and clingy for the rest of the day, but I can almost always cheer him up by taking him outside.  We ride the four wheeler a lot and he also has fun riding bikes or playing in the sandbox.  Hopefully this winter he will enjoy sledding too.
